Being rescued from human trafficking is just the beginning of the road to recovery. While freedom from bondage has been achieved, survivors still have a long journey ahead of them.

Here at Flourish, our mission is to support not only survivors of modern slavery but their immediate families living back in the community. After such a traumatic experience, it is vital for their well-being that their loved ones receive assistance as well during this transition.

Our dedicated caseworkers understand that each person's needs are unique. They work closely with each survivor to develop an individualized long-term care plan focused on improving their material, physical, and psychological welfare. Whether it's access to housing, medical care, education or job training, we strive to provide what is most beneficial for the men, women, and children under our care.

Our case management services are both consistent and responsive. Caseworkers regularly check-in with clients to ensure their care plan is on track and address any new challenges that arise. Without this level of support, clients face significant barriers to moving forward with their lives. Some of these obstacles include social isolation, risk of re-exploitation, homelessness, poverty, mental health issues, substance abuse problems, and an overall lack of ability to thrive independently.

At Flourish, we are committed to walking alongside survivors every step of the way as they rebuild their lives. It is a long road to recovery, but with compassionate assistance, hope and healing can begin.
